You don't believe that the new generations kids have more potential than we use to do.

Life was to be fun when we were kids we used to play all the time and roam, went to school, colleges, and had some wonderful memories we finally graduated. But happiness left us when we set out our foot from our comfort zone and went on for searching jobs and finally when we got the job of our so-called 9-6 job, which was never in case of many of us. Yes, for making money to get rich(in dreams) and for securing ourselves financially to get married and have kids and that a never-ending process and still we are doing for the sake of survival.so bland,
when joining a job may have thought at a certain point of time we going to make money and start our own business but that remained a desire for many of us.
we always neglected the entrepreneurial opportunities in our lives and throughout the school which was a very bad decision as we are burdened by the parents to focus on studies to get a job at the big fours or some big company and payoff the study loan and take care of our families. Our parents were having the mentality of doing hard work at the office rather than creating jobs by doing business. Isn't obelus.
But we understand the hurdles of the corporate world and but due to inheritance, we will do the same with our forthcoming generations. Apart from that, we can do something different just a simple step to give freedom to kids to chose their way and express themselves.
Today's generations may be busy with their smartphones but they are not bad as we think, you have often heard that some 14years old earned millions with their skills, some john has made crores by blogging, someone in Mumbai started a business and earning his penny off. These are all the 14-17 years old kids doing these kinds of works. where were we at that age, basically fighting over candies question yourselves? One may say that they are gifted but can't you see that in your sons and daughters, how adroit, the confidence and will power that can blend into a great entrepreneur. These are the future leaders and as a parent, we are responsible for giving them real opportunities to grow.

What you should do to help them.
1. Freedom to chose,
2. Freedom to express,
3. Take them to some god damn seminars,
4. Support them financially,
5. Believe in them,
6. They are Heuristic so motivate them,

Take them to lectures.
Give them the smartest business attire and let them thrive.

My Opinion
I'm not against the job oriented society but we need to see that if we all started to do jobs there will be a scenario of unemployed people who will be searching for their jobs, from the company's perspective it can only create a limited number of jobs. Hence, it will be a problem of a national crisis in the future and we can see some of the symptoms of that.
we need to create employment and that will only be done by them to maintain an Equanimous in the society as well as supporting the poor elements in our society to thrive and change there living standards and will maintain the wages and salaries rates more appealing as there will be limited numbers of candidates left unemployed.
